Relive the events of the hit children's movie, Night At The Museum 2, with the official, fun-packed, third person platform and puzzle game. Ben Stiller makes a full appearance as his character Larry, a museum caretaker, in Night At The Museum 2 game, making a big difference to its authenticity. Everything's depicted in a cartoon style, but there are some comical one-liners and slapstick animation that will certainly appeal to the film's audience. As in the film, the game tells the tale of Larry, who is once again troubled by the exhibits which come to life. Playing as Larry, you travel from the New York Museum (the venue of the first film) to the Smithsonian in Washington DC, where the artefacts are being stored during the New York museum's renovation. The game interacts with characters from history including Roosevelt, Amelia Earhart and T-Rex. The aim of the game is to explore the various areas of the museum and collect the pieces of the Magic Tablet of Ankmenrah, which is the key to defeating the evil villains', including Capone and Pharaoh Kahmunrah who want to take over the museum and cause havoc. The pieces will also unlock additional levels and help to solve in-game puzzles. If you get stuck at any point, you can use Larry's trusty torch, or security guard keys to help or even call upon his exhibit friends for help. If any younger players have trouble with the trickier puzzles in the game, there is a hint system which can help them out. This is a great game for kids and big kids alike!
