You must interview and examine your patients then order laboratory tests, perform surgery or provide treatment as you see fit. Remember though, things are not always quite as straightforward as they first appear to be. You must use your powers of observation and carefully analyse the facts before reaching a solution. Adopt House's maverick style and accept that your decisions will frequently be unconventional and oft- times ethically risky. Along with House, Cuddy, Foreman, Chase, Cameron, Taub and Hadley the lives of the five patients will be in your hands so you can't afford to let them down. The game has many twists and turns, a multitude of challenges to test you along the way and there are also over 100 mini-games to solve. The game is available on PC and Nintendo DS.
