Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City for PC, PS3 and XBox 360 is a third person team based shooter from this iconic series of games that can also be played online and in single player campaign mode.
The events of this game happen around a similar time as those in Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3: Nemesis and the two Resident Evil: Outbreak games but comprise a stand-alone storyline. The game features two opposing sides; the USS (Umbrella Security Service) side and the SPECOPS (US Special Operations Force) side. Each side has six chapters and players can opt to affiliate with either side - choosing to be one from twelve playable characters (six per side including Leon S. Kennedy, Clare Redfield, Carlos Oliviera, Hunk, Lone Wolf plus more). Each character features different skills and traits. The thrilling action is all based in Raccoon City, a dark sinister place where most of the inhabitants are now zombies since they became infected with one of the Umbrella Corporation's deadly biological weapons; the T-virus. Now not only will you have to contend with tackling zombies and an opposing force, you will also have to face up to the terrible threat of more of Umbrella's Bio-organic Weapons.
Choose which side you want to support as the powerful Umbrella Corporation move in to try to cover up their reprehensible involvement in the resulting devastation; setting about destroying evidence and finishing off any remaining survivors.
