Sniper Elite

It is 1945, the end of World War II. NKVD (the Russian Secret Service) is trying to steal atomic-bomb technology from the Germans. As an OSS-trained American sniper, disguised as a German soldier, your role is to prevent the NKVD from achieving their aim thus saving the world from Stalin's evil plans.

You will be expected to eliminate senior bureaucrats, rescue captured agents, steal top secret papers and you should stop at nothing to fulfil your assignment. You will need nerves of steel and will have to keep your wits about you as you use your observational skills, intelligence and painstaking stealth, while undertaking the many necessary cold, calculated assassination missions, to do your job. You have 28 levels to negotiate, often situated in historically accurate locations of war torn Berlin.

The game playing is very realistic; the ballistics are extremely accurate and you have to allow for gravity, wind speed and many more factors in order to hit your man. Sniper Elite has previously been available on PS2, Xbox and PC. This version makes use of Wii technology and is compatible with the Wii zapper enabling the game to be just that little bit more authentic. There is an option of dual play using split-screen co-operative mode and you can replay some of the action in slow-motion!
