This software does not appear to be supported (online features and product support) any longer by manufacturer. It is aged. No connections were possible with servers thru their online feature (even with firewall down). The online faq link takes you to a 401 page that no longer exists on their site. Encore had no link to this software for support. No working links to this software were found for any resolution of these problems. If you want to buy it for ONLINE card games beware. The Artificial Intelligence (AI) is pretty good as the game does not appear to "cheat" on you but you will probably want to turn off the characters voice remarks as they can be irritating, almost to a point that if they were real people you would have them all thrown out of your home before an hour is over.
