Assassins Creed Brotherhood

This epic instalment is set across a mixture of past and present timer periods, placing you in the role of Ezio, the leader of a Renaissance-era union of assassins out for vengeance against the remaining members of the Knights Templar. A legendary Master Assassin, you must scour the expansive environment of Rome - centre of power and corruption to strike the heart of the enemy. Only by working together can Ezio and his entire brotherhood of assassins rid the Eternal City of the grasp of the Borgia family and their Templar's and prevent the extinction of their order. You must not only use your skill and strength in order to defeat our enemy, strong leadership and camaraderie is also important for your team to emerge victorious. Use your own money in order to revitalise the city, rally citizens to help with your cause and unlock hidden missions and areas.
With over 15 hours of gameplay on offer, you live and breathe as Ezio, Master Assassin. Tackle the streets of Rome by recruiting and training promising young assassins to add to your ever-growing team, who are at your beck and call. The AI members of the guild can be summoned to your aid if you need them, and you have full access to Ezio's weapons of choice; the hidden blade and crossbow, to aid your mission, alongside a whole host of new weapons to choose from, provided for you by the one and only Leonardo Da Vinci. Enjoy; poison darts, double hidden blades, hidden guns, a parachute and even an advanced flying machine - totally at your disposal to inflict whatever devastation you need to!
It's time to join the Brotherhood....

Assassins Creed Brotherhood is another installment in the assassin's creed series. This game is best described as like an add on to Assassin's Creed 2. The fighting is improved, there is more to spend your money on, and there are a few extra features such as calling your very own Assassins Juniors to help you out when you are in a bit of a pickle and improved fighting mechanics.

This game is a very good follow-up to Assassins Creed 2, I really enjoyed the single player - Which filled in plot holes and went into more depth about Desmond, Ezio and the Borgia. There is moderate replay value as every mission has a condition to get 100% synchronization, such as completing a memory without being detected; rewarding you cheats and bonus costumes for succeeding in a number of these. The flags are back, which will add an extra few hours to those going for 100% completion, however this time you can buy maps to help you out!

The multiplayer is a great add on to the game, however you are given a compass which pretty much leads you directly to the target; so rather than it being about stealth, It is more about what cheap tactic you pull when your inevitable pursuer walks nearby. I did get several days of enjoyment out of it, however it quickly get's tiring playing on your own, the game is a lot more fun when playing with a friend.

I would rate this game 9/10. Beautiful graphics, a great storyline, and tweaked gameplay make for a great game. However it is getting a little dull playing in the renaissance Italy, and the game would benefit from a change in scenery.

WARNING Spoiler of Assassin's Creed 2

Assassin's Creed Brotherhood is the 3rd installment in the ever popular Assassin's Creed series which begins a few years after the second one where ezio's villa is attacked by Rodrigo Borgia's son who wants revenge for Ezio assaulting and nearly killing Rodrigo at the finale of Assassin's Creed 2.

The first thing you notice is that you can ride horses in citys now which gives you a big advantage whether you are chasing a target though the city or trying to escape from a horde of guards from killing you. When you first come into contact with enemy you can forget the fighting system from the previous games and instead receive a brand new way of killing those Innocent guards. The way in which this works is that when you kill an enemy and immediately attack anther ezio will kill him in one cinematic blow and this can continue as long as there are people to kill or if you get hit then you have to start this again. During any battle you may see some guards on horses even when you are on the ground this may seem an imposable fight but thanks to the simple sword technique you are able to dismount the attacking guard then finally kill him while he is on the floor recovering. As you progress though the game you are able to call forth your very on assassins who shall do your dirty work for you from attacking guards to killing your target. You can upgrade these assassins but you need to send them to different countries to complete missions which in turn give XP which level up your assassins to be able to give them better armor and weapons.

The money system is the same as AC 2 you buy shops and receive money every 20 mins. Subject 16 returns with videos again I will not tell you what happens after you solve the puzzles. Instead of the armor of Altair you get something just a cool.

The best thing about Assassins Creed Brotherhood is the multi player which is exactly the same but better than the single player. You can choose from different assassins to try and kill your target but with out getting killed or being spotted by your target. There are a few abilities you can use like disguise your self and make people look like you.

overall this is a very good game and would recommend it to any one who likes adventure and action games.
    9/10
